The Fitzgerald's Cottages rates are seasonal. They range from $68-170, based on double occupancy. 7% city and 1% state room taxes are not included.

Two people stay for three nights starting at $220 total. Available October 1 – June 15, Sunday – Thursday. Not valid during holidays or school vacations. Quoted rates do not include the 8% tax.

With only 2 Fitzgerald's Cottages, we maximize reservations during the short busy periods: Summer, weekends, holidays and Winter/Spring school breaks. During these peak periods, rates are the highest. 2-3 night minimum may apply. Our slower season is a time when the Oregon Coast is magical and beach-combing guests enjoy discounted rates.

Reservations: Require a minimum 50% advance deposit or more.

Cancellations: There is a $20 fee for cancellation of a reservation; no refund will be given if reservation is cancelled with 14 or fewer days notice. Early departures are not refunded.

Extra Guests: $10/guest per night, ages 16 or older.

Children: Children under 16 free (no charge for cribs).

Pets: $15 per pet, per night. Maximum 2 pets per unit.
